The companies winning at AI-powered customer experience aren’t necessarily the ones with the most advanced models. They’re the ones whose governance architecture matches their capability architecture. Intelligence end-to-end.

Moving Forward

Audit your current governance against the seven nomotic characteristics. Where does it fall short? Where do static rules constrain adaptive capability? Where do customers experience the friction of unintelligent oversight?
