Not necessarily. For pre-funding startups, I offer equity-based advisory options, but there is an application process. Because I work closely with every company I advise, I can only take on a limited number of clients. Even at the pre-funding stage, I look for signs of early traction, a clear vision, or initial progress before moving forward. For funded startups and SMBs with budgets, we can structure paid engagements that scale with your business.

Strategy sprints usually run 4–6 weeks, while ongoing advisory relationships are structured quarterly or annually. We’ll set the expected time frame together before we begin so expectations are clear from day one. You’re free to end the engagement at any time if priorities change. For equity-based partnerships, any granted equity remains in place unless otherwise bought out under mutually agreed terms.
